Clerk (REF: ADC)

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily clerical and administrative support, including the preparation of outgoing documents such as tenders, quotations, invoices, material orders, work orders, and staff leave records
• Manage correspondence, document filing, and record archiving
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on operational matters
• Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of work
• Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments as delegated by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a sizable organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
