Clerk/Account

About the role

We're looking for a responsible, organised and disciplined Admin & Accounts Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of our small team. This is a hands-on role covering basic accounts, bookkeeping, invoicing, HR administration, attendance, and team KPI tracking. You'll be the person helping us keep our back-office operations organised and on track, so we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting records
• Prepare and issue invoices
• Track payments, expenses and receipts
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Organise documents for external accountant
• Assist with basic payment and expense reconciliation
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Track attendance, punctuality and working hours
• Manage leave, sick leave and other employee applications
• Maintain and regularly update the company's KPI dashboard

About you

• Previous experience in admin, accounts, bookkeeping or HR administration
• Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
• Comfortable handling invoices, expenses and financial records
• Good with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Responsible, disciplined and punctual
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable following up with colleagues and keeping people accountable
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Proactive attitude — if you see something that needs to be done, you get it done
