Clerk/Accounts

Perform daily clerical and administrative duties related to accounts.

Handle data entry, filing, documentation and record keeping.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments when required.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Handle general administrative and accounting tasks as assigned by management.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding account-related matters.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

At least 1 year of working experience in accounting or administrative work is preferred.

Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience with AutoCount Accounting System will be an advantage.

Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, organized and willing to learn.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
