Client Account Administrator

Our client is a well-established wealth management firm expanding in Naples, FL and seeking a Client Account Administrator to support client service and account administration. This is a full-time, fully onsite role.

Compensation

$62,000–$68,000/year base salary

Responsibilities

• Support client service requests with timely, accurate follow-through
• Coordinate with internal teams and custodians to complete account actions
• Open/close accounts and manage account maintenance paperwork
• Process cash movements and asset transfers with clear documentation
• Use Outlook, Salesforce, Orion, DocuSign, and custodian platforms to complete workflows
• Assist with meeting prep and ad hoc client reporting
• Provide backup administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• High discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Comfort learning/using multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, Orion; Schwab/Fidelity preferred)
