Build Stronger Client Relationships

We’re looking for a Client Account Associate to help keep client accounts organized, up to date, and well supported. You’ll communicate with clients, manage requests, coordinate follow-ups, and work with internal teams to make sure everything stays on track.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with clients by phone and email
• Respond to account questions and service requests
• Keep client information and records accurate
• Track requests and follow up on outstanding items
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs
• Provide clients with updates and relevant information
• Process routine account changes and documentation
• Identify issues and escalate when additional support is needed

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in customer service, client support, administration, sales, or account management is helpful, but not required.

You’ll need strong communication skills, attention to detail, basic computer confidence, and the ability to manage multiple requests while keeping clients informed.

Training will be provided.

Pay: $52,206.36 - $59,573.18 per year
