What they need

Client Account Coordinator

Korean Beauty Supply Chain & Fulfillment | On-site at City of Industry, CA (Greater LA)

CGETC is a fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) that helps 300+ Korean beauty (K-beauty) brands succeed in the United States. The company manages the full cross-border journey, from international freight and customs clearance through warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment to retailers and consumers. Founded in 2003, the company is profitable, backed by investor capital, and well-positioned to continue its history of double-digit growth. We are seeking a sharp, client-ready Client Account Coordinator to turn what’s happening in our systems and on our floor into clear, accurate communication that our clients and leadership can trust.

About the Role

You’ll sit where our warehouse, our data, and our clients meet. Working closely with our Warehouse Operations Manager and our Customer Support team, you’ll coordinate orders through our systems, keep track of what’s happening on the floor, and turn it into clear updates for leadership and for the brands we serve.

Our clients trust us with their inventory and their customers, and much of that trust is won or lost in communication: a well-written status update, a straight answer about a delay, a report that ties. You’ll be the person who gets those moments right, fluent across our WMS, systems, and data, and able to explain all of it in plain, professional English. As we connect the cross-border supply chain end to end, this role grows with it.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate orders through the system. Process, track, and follow up on client orders in our WMS (ShipHero) and related systems, from receipt through shipment.
  • Support the Warehouse Operations Manager. Keep orders, priorities, and exceptions organized, so the floor knows what to work on and leadership knows where things stand.
  • Be the clear voice to clients. Write timely, professional updates on order status, inbound receipts, inventory, and issues, and answer client questions accurately.
  • Turn data into trust. Work with our Data team to turn system and floor data into reports and explanations that clients and leadership can act on.
  • Catch issues early. Spot gaps between the system, the floor, and what clients expect, and chase them to resolution with the warehouse team.
  • Keep leadership informed. Sum up what’s happening across orders, inventory, and client accounts so it’s quick to read and easy to act on.
  • Write it down. Help document workflows and communication standards, so client service stays consistent no matter who’s on shift.

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant background. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Coordination experience. 2+ years in a client-facing or coordination role in logistics, 3PL, or ecommerce operations.
  • Strong Excel and data skills. Comfortable working with large datasets, lookups, and pivot tables, and finding the answer in the data rather than guessing.
  • Systems savvy. Quick to learn new software, and comfortable moving between a WMS, spreadsheets, marketplace portals, and email to find the answer.
  • Client-ready business communication. Polished, professional written and spoken English is required. You write emails clients can forward without editing, and you can deliver bad news clearly and calmly.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver. You notice when a number doesn’t tie, and you chase it until it does.
  • Hungry growth mindset and positive attitude. Loves the challenge, is open to feedback, never gives up. Motivates others to do the same.
  • Bonus: Korean language.
  • Bonus: Amazon FBA or EDI experience. Familiarity with Seller Central, FBA inbound, or EDI order flows.

Work Environment

  • Full-time and on-site at our City of Industry, CA headquarters.
  • Primarily computer-based work, with regular time on the warehouse floor to follow orders and investigate issues.

Why CGETC

  • A high ceiling for your growth. We’re growing double-digits and backed by investor capital, with plans to expand. As the business scales, so do our client relationships, and the roles that manage them.
  • Chance to build something foundational. Our client communication hasn’t caught up to our growth, so you’ll help set the standard, not just follow a script. You’ll work directly with operations leadership and our Data team.
  • A culture that values diversity. Our company brings together different backgrounds and ways of thinking, united by a hungry, growth-oriented mindset. We invest in people development and strive to get 1% better every day.
