Client Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Client Account Executive to work closely with the Director in managing client accounts, coordinating creative projects and developing new ideas for clients. This is not a purely administrative account servicing role. You will act as an important bridge between the Director, clients and the internal creative team — understanding client needs, turning discussions into actionable briefs, preparing presentations, coordinating deliverables and identifying opportunities to propose additional creative solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who is client-friendly, commercially aware, visually creative and highly organised, with the confidence to communicate ideas and keep multiple projects moving.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director in managing day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients
• Understand clients' businesses, brands, objectives and ongoing marketing requirements
• Attend client meetings, take accurate briefs and follow up on agreed action items
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project progress
• Manage client expectations professionally and ensure requests are followed through
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a reliable point of contact for their projects
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for designers, video editors, production teams and other relevant parties
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, revisions and approvals between clients and the creative team
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and client requirements are accurately communicated
• Work closely with the Director on client servicing, pitches, proposals and project follow-ups

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising, Creative Media or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience working in a creative, advertising, digital marketing or event agency will be an advantage
• Comfortable communicating and dealing directly with clients
• Able to understand a client brief and translate it into clear actions for a creative team
• Good working knowledge of Canva and presentation preparation is required
• Able to create visually presentable proposals, pitch decks and client presentations
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong coordination, follow-up and organisational abilities
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced agency environment
