Client Account Executive

1. Account Handling

• Handle assigned NPA/distressed accounts from initiation to closure.
• Collect and maintain complete account information.
• Maintain account-wise files, trackers and transaction records.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, ARCs and other lenders.
• Follow up regularly for pending documents and approvals.

2. NPA Acquisition

• Identify and evaluate NPA opportunities received from banks/NBFCs/ARCs.
• Collect:
• Outstanding amount
• Security/collateral details
• Valuation reports
• Loan documents
• NPA date
• Recovery status
• Litigation details
• DRT/NCLT/IBC status
• Prepare preliminary account summaries.
• Support the senior team in acquisition evaluation and transaction structuring.

3. Resolution & Recovery

• Track settlement/OTS discussions.
• Coordinate with promoters, borrowers and lenders.
• Monitor recovery and resolution milestones.
• Assist in restructuring, settlement, ARC transfer, investor funding and other resolution strategies.
• Maintain action plans for each account.

4. Legal & IBC Coordination

• Coordinate with advocates and legal teams regarding:
• DRT matters
• SARFAESI proceedings
• NCLT/CIRP
• Liquidation
• Recovery proceedings
• Other litigation
• Maintain case-wise status reports, hearing dates and orders.
• Collect and organize legal documents.

5. Due Diligence
Support financial, legal, technical and commercial due diligence.

Prepare account summaries covering:

Debt + Security + Litigation + Business + Recovery + Resolution Strategy

6. MIS & Reporting
Prepare:

• Daily account updates
• Weekly NPA pipeline
• Account-wise action tracker
• Acquisition pipeline
• Resolution pipeline
• Recovery tracker
• Investor transaction tracker
• Management reports

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
