What they need
Own a portfolio of corporate clients for PCIL's background verification business: be their single point of contact, drive TAT and SLA delivery with operations, run reviews and MIS, resolve escalations, grow accounts through cross-sell. New Delhi.
Required Candidate profile
3-5 yrs in client servicing, key accounts or customer success in BGV, HR services, staffing or consulting. Clear communicator, organised, Excel and PowerPoint fluent, calm under escalation. Graduate.
