Client Account Manager

We are looking for a detailed-oriented, client-focused Accountant / Client Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end client bookkeeping and financial reporting, act as the primary liaison for client relationships, and lead task delegation to ensure team outputs meet accuracy and deadline standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Bookkeeping: Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and bookkeeping records.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communications, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Financial Data Presentation: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable presentations and insights for clients and stakeholders.
• Accountability & Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively across accounts while taking full responsibility for quality control, accuracy, and deadline adherence.
• Multi-Account Management: Organize and balance multiple client portfolios efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial account management.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online / Desktop).
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of core accounting principles and standard financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with proven confidence in presentation and client handling.
• Work Style: Exceptionally organized, resilient under pressure, and capable of prioritizing tasks within tight deadlines.
