About the Role:
As an

Client Account Executive (Senior Post avail)

, you are the vital link between our clients and our creative teams. You'll build strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding client expectations at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.

Project Management:
Involved and manage projects from

digital marketing to event marketing,

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute impactful advertising campaigns that align with client briefs and budgets.

·

Communication:
Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

·

Presentations:
Confidently present campaign ideas and strategies to clients, securing their buy-in and enthusiasm.

·

New Business Development:
Actively contribute to new business pitches and proposals, showcasing our agency's capabilities and securing new client wins.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of account management or client service experience in an advertising agency or related industry. Relevant experience in event and digital marketing are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
• A genuine passion for advertising and a drive to deliver exceptional client service.
