Client Accountant (FirstBit)

Make Fortune is a UAE consulting firm providing accounting, tax, audit and company formation services to international businesses. We’re growing and looking for an accountant who keeps the numbers in order and never misses a deadline.

What you’ll do

• Process clients’ primary documents and record transactions in FirstBit
• Restore past-period accounting when needed
• Collect documents from clients and answer their basic questions
• Prepare and file VAT returns, handle VAT registration and deregistration, and make updates on the FTA portal
• Apply Corporate Tax rules and support tax audits
• Run payroll and WPS registration

Requirements

• Hands-on FirstBit experience (mandatory)
• 3+ years as an accountant
• IFRS knowledge (UAE experience preferred)
• Zoho Books, 1C or QuickBooks experience
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and payroll
• Strong Excel, English B1+
• Nice to have: outsourced accounting experience, use of AI tools
