What they need
Key Responsibilities
Daily Field Visits: Conduct 1520 merchant visits per day within the assigned city territory to expand
merchant footprint.
Lead Generation & Pitching: Proactively identify, cold-call, and generate new merchant prospects
independently. Present product offerings, pitch merchant solutions, and demonstrate value proposition.
BDM Lead Closures: Attend assigned scheduled meetings provided by the Business Development Manager
(BDM) and convert prospects into active partners.
Onboarding & Payments: Execute onboarding agreements, complete necessary documentation, and
securely collect payment from merchants.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate daily entries in the CRM application covering total visits, lead stages,
status updates, and completed closures.
Follow-up & Pipeline: Maintain consistent follow-up protocols with pending, warm, and interested merchant
accounts to maximize conversion ratios.

Comfortable with Daily City Field Travel
Proficiency in Smartphone & CRM App Usage
