Client Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Executive who can identify potential clients, communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and explain suitable company services.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client queries and provide timely responses.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare regular sales and client acquisition reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or a related field.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage
