Client Acquisition intern

We are looking for a proactive Sales Intern to support business development activities in the recruitment domain, including client acquisition and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the recruitment team for identifying and generating the new client leads
• Reach out to potential clients via emails, and LinkedIn
• Create and post regular LinkedIn content on company achievements and updates
• Maintain and update client database and CRM
• Coordinate with internal recruitment team for requirement understanding
• Supporting the sales team by providing high-quality leads
• Support in proposal sharing and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Graduated (MBA Preferred)
• Prior experience in HR or Sales internship are preferred
• Knowledge and deep understanding of how to expand the outreach to increase the potential leads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Convincing and Liaisoning skills
• Interest in sales / HR consulting
• Good knowledge of MS Office & must have large volume of LinkedIn Connections
• Comfortable in travelling as and when required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
