Client Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research on internet, linkedin, to drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building using tools like lusha, linkedin, signahire.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems and processes.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention rates. speak with Talent Acquisition spocs of various corporate companies and pitch our business
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry landscape; ability to build relationships at all levels within organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
