Pavilion Design Consultants is seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue. Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention

Grow subscription and monthly recurring revenue in line with company KPIs

Generate direct sales from new clients

Act as a primary point of contact for client success and satisfaction

Meet and exceed assigned sales and retention targets

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets

Self-motivated and able to work independently toward KPIs

Ability to manage the full sales cycle from acquisition through retention

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: PKR 80,000 - 150,000/month

Commission on closed sales, client retention/subscription revenue, and new-client direct sales

Company-provided equipment (laptop and accessories)

Permanent role with one month's notice period

Working Hours

Full-time, night shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Monday to Friday

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
