Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to connect with prospective clients, explain services, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Understand client requirements and explain company registration, LLP, OPC, GST, and compliance services.
* Follow up with leads, handle client queries, and convert prospects into customers.
* Maintain accurate client records and achieve sales targets.
* Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2B or service sales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
* Strong sales, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.
* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
* Professional, confident, and target-oriented approach.
* Experience in legal services, GST, taxation, or company registration will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
