1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Research and identify potential client companies (banks, lending firms, utilities, service providers, SMEs).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Client Engagement
Conduct client calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase the company’s collection services.
Understand client needs and customize proposals accordingly.
3. Business Development
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with management.
Negotiate terms and close agreements with prospective clients.
4. Client Onboarding & Handover
Ensure proper turnover of acquired clients to Operations/Account Management team.
Provide initial support to guarantee client satisfaction.
5. Market Awareness
Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Recommend strategies to improve client acquisition and retention.
6. Reporting
Submit regular progress reports (leads pipeline, conversion rate, client status).
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
