Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers through professional communication
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer needs and requirements
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist customers and introduce company products or services
• Maintain accurate customer records and update call activities in the CRM system
• Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Secondary, NITEC or Diploma qualification
• Experience in customer service or telemarketer
• Microsoft Office
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
