In this role, you'll work directly with local businesses, representing AT&T's business solutions while developing valuable skills in sales, communication, customer relations, and leadership.

Whether you're a recent graduate, have experience in retail or hospitality, or are looking for a fresh career opportunity, we provide hands-on training to help you succeed.

What you'll do

• Connect with local business owners to introduce AT&T products and services.
• Build professional relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work alongside a supportive team to achieve individual and company goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working with people.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work full-time and attend in-person meetings in Mobile, AL.
