Job Title: Client Admin Billing Rep (Quest Diagnostics)
Contract Duration: 3 months (approximately)
Location: Denver, CO
Rate: $21.00/hr on W2

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time

Note:

• This is an onsite position and is not eligible for remote work.
• Strong experience with billing research and account setup activities is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of internal billing and CRM systems is highly preferred.

Job Summary

The Client Admin Billing Rep is responsible for researching billing discrepancies, supporting issue resolution, and coordinating communication with clients and sales representatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of billing and account management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Research billing discrepancies as requested by clients or sales representatives.
• Analyze issues and make recommendations for resolution, including billing adjustments when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients and sales representatives regarding billing concerns and resolution status.
• Maintain advanced working knowledge of applicable systems including Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, ESP, and related platforms.
• Understand system integrations and utilize multiple tools to complete investigations.
• Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account setup activities preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Salestool, Salesforce, QTN, QIS, ESP, and related systems preferred.
• Previous experience researching and resolving billing discrepancies.

• Temporary position supporting invoice catch-up activities.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
