Client Administration Associate

About The Company Our client is a boutique advisory firm that provides comprehensive wealth management services to ultra–high-net-worth families. They take a highly customized approach, blending investment strategy with estate, tax, and generational planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with regulatory filing preparation
• Provide the fund administrator with monthly capital activity reports
• Prepare wires for investor redemptions and review and verify all wire instructions used are correct
• Review direct alternative subscription documents for client service group as needed
• Record all investor transactions, investor transaction documents, and clarify any discrepancies
• Distribution of all client communications including K1’s, fund capital calls/distribution notices, and subscription/redemption notices
• Track all commitment fund closes for the firm and coordinate with the fund administrator on compliance matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of related experience from a fund administrator
• Experience with UHNW clients and their portfolios a plus
• Knowledge of alternative fund structures
• Experience recording capital activity for various alternative fund structures

Salary Range $85,000-$100,000
