Client Advisor Associate, Wealth Management

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責​

• Support Relationship Managers in building and maintaining cordial client relationships and delivering quality client services

• Assist RMs in ongoing portfolio monitoring, facilitating rebalancing and transaction orders

• Act as the primary point of contact for RM client enquiries and administrative support

• Assist in client onboarding, perform KYC and due diligence, collaborate with internal departments to process account opening

• Provide ad-hoc support to the wealth management team as required​

• 協助客戶關係經理建立及維繫良好客戶關係，提供優質客戶服務

• 協助客戶關係經理持續跟進客戶投資組合，執行再平衡及交易落盤

• 作為客戶關係經理處理客戶查詢及行政支援的主要聯絡人

• 協助客戶開戶，執行KYC及盡職審查，並與內部部門協調處理開戶流程

• 按需要提供臨時支援

Requirements / 入職要求​

• University degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the finance industry, preferably in customer relationship management or wealth management support

• HKSI securities licence and IIQE insurance licence holders are strongly preferred; candidates must be able to fulfil the competency requirements under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Insurance Ordinance

• Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin​

• 大學學位，主修銀行、工商管理、金融或相關學科

• 至少2年金融業工作經驗，具客戶關係管理或財富管理支援經驗者優先

• 持有HKSI證券牌照及IIQE保險牌照者優先，並須符合《證券及期貨條例》及《保險條例》下的勝任能力要求

• 具強烈銷售及客戶服務意識，溝通技巧及人際交往能力佳

• 英語、粵語及普通話書寫及口語流利
