Client Advisor Associate, Wealth Management (Ref: 01018-CAAWM-JDB)

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Client Advisor Associate Team under our International Wealth Management Division - Wealth Management Department.

Responsibilities:

• Support relationship managers in building, maintaining cordial client relationships and providing quality client services
• Assist relationship managers to conduct ongoing portfolio monitoring to facilitate rebalancing and transaction orders
• Act as the primary point of contact for relationship manager for client enquiries, administrative support
• Assist in client onboarding, perform KYC and due diligence, and collaborate with internal departments to process account opening
• Provide ad-hoc supports as required

Requirements:

• University degree in banking, business management and finance related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the finance industry and in customer relationship management is preferred.
• License holder of securities (HKSI) and insurance (IIQE) and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Insurance Ordinance strongly desired.
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
