Client Advisor

We are seeking a talented Client Advisor to join the dynamic team at RIMOWA (THAILAND) LTD. in Bangkok. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales efforts within our store. What you'll be doing

1. Drive both individual and team sales performance by delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience.
2. Support daily store operations, including maintaining visual standards, inventory control, and after-sales follow-up to ensure seamless service.
3. Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention.
4. Assist in coordinating local events while ensuring full compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
5. Handle payment transactions accurately and perform cash reconciliation at store closing.
6. Conduct stock checks and inventory audits as assigned by the Store Manager.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales and customer service role, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a personalized and engaging customer experience.
3. Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of store presentation and organization.
4. Proficiency in both Thai and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
