ROLE OVERVIEW: CLIENT ADVISOR

We're looking for confident and passionate Client Advisors to join our team. You'll be the face of LUCCE: guiding clients through their jewelry journey, delivering top-notch service, and helping them find their dream pieces.

Work location:

• Assembly Grounds at The Rise, Makati

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Client Engagement & Sales

• Engage and assist clients across physical and digital platforms
• Share expert knowledge and meaning behind LUCCE's pieces such as the stones, metals, designs, and symbolisms
• Close sales and exceed targets through meaningful recommendations

Product Expertise

• Learn and master LUCCE jewelry pieces with accuracy
• Be knowledgeable with fine jewelry terms and trends

Product & Transaction Handling

• Process transactions accurately (POS, cash, credit)
• Ensure every piece is beautifully packed and delivered with care

Relationship Management

• Build end-to-end lasting client relationships with excellent after-sales service

Showroom & Inventory

• Maintain showroom presentation and manage daily inventory

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Preferably with experience in client-facing roles in the retail or hospitality industry

• Fast learner, confident self-presentation, with "can-do" attitude

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino

• Willing to work onsite 5x a week in the showroom
