Job Description

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Atelier Rebul and play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience. You will guide each customer through a sensorial journey, share the story behind our products, and create lasting emotional connections with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium customer journey.

· Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations.

· Take part in daily store operations such as opening/closing, till management and stock handling.

· Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always well-presented.

· Support in product replenishment, promotions and events.

· Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

You will have:

· Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or luxury industry.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Sales-oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

· Strong team player with a proactive attitude.

· Passion for storytelling, fragrance, and wellness.

· Additional languages are a plus.

· Legally eligible to work in the UK.
