Role Description

We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Part-Time Client Advisor to join the team supporting SIMONMILLER’s new Palm Beach store. Centered on sales and luxury clienteling, this opportunity allows you to introduce clients to the brand, build a loyal following in a new market, and help shape the energy of the store from day one.

• Create an elevated, highly personalized experience that makes every client feel seen, understood, and inspired.
• Bring the SIMONMILLER point of view to life through confident styling, compelling product storytelling, and thoughtful cross-category recommendations.
• Deliver individual and store results by strengthening conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and repeat business.
• Cultivate a loyal client portfolio through tailored outreach, appointment setting, memorable follow-up, and consistent relationship development.
• Serve as a trusted style authority for local, seasonal, and visiting clients, creating meaningful reasons to return each season.
• Stay immersed in collections, launches, materials, fit, and brand initiatives while contributing to events, activations, and community partnerships.
• Elevate the full store experience by supporting visual standards, replenishment, stockroom organization, cycle counts, floor readiness, and a collaborative team culture.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in luxury, contemporary, designer, specialty retail, hospitality, or another high-touch client environment.
• A proven ability to cultivate genuine client relationships and translate exceptional service into loyalty and repeat business.
• A sophisticated clienteling approach supported by confident discovery, styling, product storytelling, cross-selling, and closing.
• Commercial fluency across conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and other core retail performance measures.
• The initiative to support daily operations, visual execution, and floor readiness while maintaining an elevated client experience.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, personal accountability, and the ability to anticipate what the client and business need next.
• A genuine affinity for fashion and the SIMONMILLER aesthetic, experience with CRM tools, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs evolve.

Physical Requirements

• Remain standing and walking for extended periods and move throughout all areas of the store to support clients.
• Bend, reach, lift, carry, and move merchandise or fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
