Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with regular and VIP clients.
- Handle client follow-ups, queries, and after-sales service.
- Assist with styling, product selection, and new collections.
- Maintain excellent grooming and luxury retail standards.
- Support store operations, stock management, and events.
Ideal Candidate
- Graduate with relevant premium/luxury retail experience.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about fashion.
- Comfortable interacting with premium clientele.
