Client Advisor

One of our very well-known fashion clients is looking for a temporary Client Advisor for the below role:

We are looking for a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and applies this professionalism in promoting the corporate image, in being an authority on the product as well as in customer satisfaction and loyalty. This person also collaborates in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Demonstrate, recommend and style the products available; promote personal shopping and advise on styling options
2. Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information and entering it into the database
3. Elevate client issues, complaints to store leadership
4. Participate in store meetings
5. Collaborate with other colleagues to achieve business objectives
6. Communicate any pertinent information gathered from customers to Management
7. Regular attendance and punctuality
8. Demonstrate strong professionalism with clients, co-workers and store/company leadership
9. Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities
10. Flexibility in schedule and working hours
11. Participate in the inventory process

Education / Experience

1. Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
2. 3+ years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics

Dates: starting ASAP for about 3 months-- days of the week/hours vary (40 hrs/week)

Rate: $23/hr
