Client Advisor

About the role

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Stonegoat in-store, delivering outstanding customer experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards. You will act as a product expert and community ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support customer journey from product discovery to after-sales service
• Develop strong knowledge of climbing products (shoes, gear, apparel, accessories)
• Provide fitting consultation (especially climbing shoes)
• Educate customers on product usage, care, and performance
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and stock counts
• Work closely with team members to achieve store targets

About you

• Passion for retail, sports, or lifestyle brands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with customer-first attitude
• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Good command of English communication
