Client Advisor

Nasser Al Batrani for Project & Systems Development is seeking a Client Advisor to manage client relationships and support the delivery of IT and systems development projects. This role is responsible for understanding client requirements, providing information on available solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely project delivery. The position reports to the Project Manager or Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project inquiries, service offerings, and system development requirements
• Respond to client questions about project scope, timelines, pricing, and technical specifications
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable IT and systems development solutions based on their requirements
• Coordinate with internal technical teams including developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and update project details in the customer relationship management system
• Prepare and send service proposals, project confirmations, and follow-up communications to clients
• Assist clients with documentation requirements including project briefs, contracts, and technical specifications
• Follow up with clients on pending approvals, documentation, or project milestones
• Resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department
• Support business development activities including lead follow-up and client outreach as directed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client advisory, account management, or customer service, preferably in an IT services, software development, or systems integration environment
• Knowledge of IT systems and software development processes is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively
• Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
