Client Advisor (Luxury Brand) - Phuket

Our client is a prestigious French luxury brand with a strong international presence. The company is seeking a suitable candidate to join its team in Thailand and contribute to delivering the high standards of quality, service, and brand excellence associated with the global luxury market.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional sales and customer service to ensure a premium client experience.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the brand’s product lines, features, and benefits.
• Welcome every client warmly and provide a personalised luxury shopping experience.
• Advise clients across the brand’s full range of products and categories based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Support sales planning and day-to-day business management activities.
• Develop and implement monthly sales plans to achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
• Manage the implementation of window launches, ensuring they are completed on time, to the required quality standards, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain boutique documentation and filing systems, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience within the luxury fashion, premium retail, or related industry. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
• Experience as a Flight Attendant or in hospitality, premium customer service, or other service-oriented industries is welcome.
• Strong selling skills with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
• Service-minded, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
• Proficiency in Chinese or other foreign languages is an advantage.
