• Achieve individual and team sales targets across all Louis Vuitton products, leveraging specialized expertise in women's ready-to-wear.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty through personalized engagement.
• Provide an exceptional welcome and premium shopping experience for every client.
• Offer expert assistance with all Louis Vuitton products, showcasing in-depth knowledge of women's fashion and brand heritage.
• Actively contribute to team goals and overall boutique objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, with a focus on women's silhouette.
• Adhere strictly to Louis Vuitton's standards of care, conduct, policies, and procedures.

Profile

To succeed in this role, we are seeking dedicated professional with a strong client focus and a mandatory background in fashion field, with the following requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a commercial mindset.
• Curious, empathetic, adaptable, agile, and ambitious.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Passionate about the Louis Vuitton brand, its history, and its diverse universes.
• Flexible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Available to work weekends. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of other languages is a significant asset.
