Luxury Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate

Location: Landmark / IFC / PP / Elements / K11 Musea

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and CRM activities.
• Provide product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, collections, and market trends.
• Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
• (Senior level) Mentor junior team members and assist with store operations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail sales experience,
  preferably in Luxury Fashion, Watches & Jewellery, Leather Goods, Beauty, or Premium Retail.

• Passion for luxury brands and delivering excellent customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-driven mindset.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong team spirit.
