Client Advisor - SALES POSITION

We are a fast-growing luxury waxing studio dedicated to providing exceptional service while helping our clients feel confident. We are looking for an energetic, sales-driven Client Advisor who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys building relationships.

This is not a receptionist position. Our Client Advisors are responsible for creating an outstanding client experience while actively driving memberships, retail sales, and appointment bookings.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Educate clients on memberships, packages, and services
• Recommend retail products based on client needs
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals
• Schedule appointments and manage client accounts
• Handle phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk
• Work closely with the esthetics team to provide an exceptional experience

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous sales or customer service experience
• Is confident starting conversations and asking for the sale
• Enjoys working toward individual performance goals
• Is dependable, professional, and positive
• Learns quickly and adapts in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong communication and organizational skills
• Is available evenings and weekends as needed
