Christensen Group Insurance is continuing to grow, and we're looking to add Client Advocates to our Commercial Lines team.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day servicing for Commercial Lines accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries related to billing, policy changes, certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and coverage questions.
• Review policies, prepare endorsements, process change requests, and coordinate policy delivery.
• Support renewal marketing by preparing applications, coordinating submissions, and assisting with carrier communications.
• Process premium audits, cancellations, certificates, finance agreements, and client reports.
• Maintain accurate account documentation within the EPIC agency management system.
• Collaborate across departments to provide efficient, responsive, and high-quality client service.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications & Job Requirements

We're looking for experienced Commercial Lines professionals who bring a strong commitment to client service and teamwork. Qualified candidates will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of Business Insurance customer service experience, preferably supporting a Construction book of business.
• The ability to independently service a Commercial Lines book of business with minimal supervision.
• An active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work successfully within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with the EPIC agency management system (preferred).
• Familiarity with navigating insurance carrier websites and online carrier platforms (preferred)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
