What they need
Anchor Point Ministries seeks compassionate professionals to walk alongside pregnant women and parenting families as their trusted guide through life's challenges.
The Role: Conduct needs assessments. Develop service plans WITH clients. Connect families to medical care, housing, education, resources. Coordinate across APM programs. Provide one-on-one coaching and education. Document accurately in case management system. Build authentic, boundaried relationships. Follow-up consistently every 2-4 weeks.
You Bring: Associate's/Bachelor's in Social Work or related field; OR High school diploma/GED + 2+ years direct service experience. Case management or social services background. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Trauma-informed approach. Cultural competency. Problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license for home visits.
This is frontline mission work where relationships change lives daily.
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
