Duties

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently with professional phone etiquette
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
• Support office management tasks such as calendar management and appointment scheduling
• Utilize computer skills in HomeBase, ADP & Squire
• Front Desk Client Ambassador
• Customer Service & Guest Relations
• Appointment Scheduling
• Retail Sales Support
• Team-Oriented Environment
• Experience
• Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
