Client Analyst - Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Analyst with strong data analysis skills to ensure all data management processes are accurate and aligned with company standards. In this role, you will be responsible for data recap, overseeing validation processes, managing data distribution to relevant teams, and collaborating across departments to produce high-quality, consistent data that supports effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data checking and validation to ensure accuracy before further processing.
• Coordinate timely data distribution to the marketing team based on operational needs.
• Maintain effective cross-department communication by proactively responding to data requests and additional information needs.
• Ensure daily data recapitulation is conducted consistently while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports based on processed daily data to support strategic decision-making.
• Update client databases regularly based on submitted requests.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma (any major).
• Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (especially basic formulas).
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data.
