Client & Fashion Consultant

Remote | Pakistan | Full-Time | Base + Commission

We’re a growing international fashion-tech startup helping overseas customers shop confidently from Pakistan.

We’re looking for a sales-driven Client & Fashion Consultant who can own the customer journey from first inquiry to paid order, while providing knowledgeable fashion guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound leads across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable brands, outfits, fabrics and options.
• Guide customers on ready-to-wear, bespoke/custom orders, sizing and customization.
• Prepare and explain quotes, pricing, shipping and timelines.
• Follow up proactively and convert inquiries into paid orders.
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently.
• Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate confirmed orders with sourcing and operations.
• Keep customer and lead information organized and updated.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Pakistani fashion, brands and trends.
• A natural sales and closing mindset.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Urdu.
• Strong communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Fast, resourceful and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced startup.
• Fashion retail, styling, e-commerce, client service or sales experience is preferred.

Success in This Role: Inquiry → Consultation → Quote → Follow-up → Paid Customer

You’ll be measured on responsiveness, customer experience, follow-up discipline and, most importantly, conversion to sales.

Compensation**: Base salary + performance-based commission**

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
