Qualifications & experience

• For candidates with experience, 1 to 3 years of work experience in the administrative or production field, preferably within an agency
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Proficiency in English & Chinese is a must
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle various assignments
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily office and digital project administrative operations and preparing necessary documents
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to digital marketing
• Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc for meetings
• Support bookkeeping, records & databases update
• Assist the team in completing project-related matters
• Perform other project tasks as assigned or required
• Organize and coordinate company events, classes, and seminars.
