About the role

Welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner and assist with inquiries and product concerns. Provide accurate information regarding products, features, specifications, and pricing. Coordinate delivery schedules and customer pick-up arrangements to ensure smooth transactions. Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and other customer communications. Maintain the organization and updated condition of sample catalogs, brochures, and other showroom materials.

About you

• Graduate of any four-year Business-related course
• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Background or knowledge in interior design is an advantage
• Possesses a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities
