Client Appointment Agent - Remote

The Role

Put your communication skills to work helping families make informed benefit coverage decisions. You’ll speak with households by phone, learn what they need, walk through available options, and help them choose coverage that fits their situation.

The role combines conversation, problem-solving, and follow-through. You’ll guide applications, answer questions, manage follow-ups, and build confidence as you become more familiar with the plans. Training and coaching are provided, and your earnings are performance based.

What the Work Looks Like

• Speak with households about their families benefit coverage needs
• Review plans, costs, and options by phone
• Recommend coverage based on each household’s situation
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Answer questions and handle follow-up conversations
• Keep organized notes and appointment records

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
