Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working with a dynamic, growing team in Pasadena, CA. As a Client Associate, you’ll play an important role within the team leading client service focus.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (must obtain within 180 days of start date)
• ideally 2 years of experience in client service, finance or banking sector preferred
• bachelor's degree (preferred, not required), focusing on financial market
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - California - Pasadena min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
