Client Associate / Registered Client Associate

Emerald Legacy Advisors is looking for a Client Associate or a Registered Client Associate starting Monday, January 4th 2027. Salary range is $45,000 - $60,000 dependent upon experience and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a client-first approach as you schedule appointments, meet compliance standards, research and resolve problems, onboard new accounts, process and maintain records, implement technology changes, and prepare correspondence in a professional and collaborative environment.
• Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.
• Plan office events and maintain marketing materials.
• Manage office accounts payable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job-related experience (business, finance, or accounting sectors preferred)
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or the willingness to get licensed within 12 months of hire.
• Life, Variable Life, and Variable Annuity insurance licensed or the willingness to get licensed within 12 months of hire.
• This is a very analytical as well as client facing role; you must be able to balance organizational skills and attention to detail with strong soft skills like verbal and written communication, people, and client service abilities.
