Your Role

As a Client Benefit Representative, you'll assist individuals and families with understanding available health coverage programs while developing strong client relationships.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Communicate with prospective clients regarding available services and benefit options
• Assist individuals in identifying coverage solutions suited to their needs
• Schedule appointments and coordinate client follow-ups
• Provide guidance throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain organized client records and communications
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance objectives

Compensation & Growth

While additional employment opportunities with different compensation structures may be discussed during the interview process, subject to availability and qualifications, this specific opening is an independent contractor position with commission-based earnings and performance incentives. You must book an appointment for other available opportunities with the company.

Schedule & Work Environment

This position is based in our Tampa office and offers scheduling flexibility for individuals who can effectively manage their time and responsibilities.

Initial training and business development take place in person. Opportunities for remote work may become available after one year, based on eligibility and performance.
