Home Instead - Beaumont, TX Pay: $45,000-$60,000 (DOE)

About The Role Home Instead Beaumont is seeking a Client Care Advisor / Client Advocate to support seniors and their families from day one. This role focuses on new client aquisiton and onboarding, ongoing care advocacy, and service quality , serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the client journey.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and family members to assess care needs, safety risks, routines, and personal preferences.
• Perform non-medical care assessments, including activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and cognition.
• Educate clients and families on Home Instead home care services through and pricing structures; serve as a trusted advisor and advocate.
• Onboard new clients, guiding them through services and care expectations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support and monitor care plans and evolving service needs
• Communicate client concerns to caregivers and care teams
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care
• Document client interactions in care management systems

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in healthcare, home care, senior care, or client services
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service backgrounds also welcomed
