Client Care Assistant

At VITAL Health, we’re on a mission to help people live active, pain-free lives and we’re building a world-class clinic to do just that. We’re now looking for a Client Care Assistant to join our team — someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and making clients feel truly cared for.

Your role will include:

• Answering incoming enquiries over the phone and online with warmth and professionalism
• Making outbound calls to people who have shown interest in our services
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic (diary management, welcoming clients, coordinating schedules)
• Assisting therapists in managing their client lists and ensuring outstanding customer care

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Warm, empathetic, and client-focused attitude
• Organised, reliable, and proactive
• Willingness to be flexible with shifts and holiday cover
• Previous customer service or client retention experience (helpful but not essential — full training provided)

Shifts: Monday 7:45AM-3:30PM, Tuesday 1:15PM-8:15PM, Wednesday 1:15PM-8:15PM, Thursday 7:45AM-3:30PM, Saturday 7:45AM-1:15PM
